The installation location of the underground utility box is not ideal. There are huge slates and stones at the water valve point, We need to avoid reaching the existing water pipes and cables while constructing the new water system, instead of digging deeper into the abandoned septic chamber, which of it exceeds the budget, we cut panels to match the tube and road height to save the total cost. We are amateur installers and the installation takes about 2 hours,  when goes to a professional construction team it might take less than 15 minutes,  Jinmeng underground enclosure is easier to handle and install, and has faster construction. Contractors can build more projects at the same time consuming when compares to concrete vault installation or brick chamber construction.
